Utah voters made their decisions in the presidential election and beyond, sending former President Trump to the White House and Republican John Curtis to the U.S. Senate, according to the Associated Press.
State of play: Both had been heavily favored to win.
- Republicans cruised in other big races, too. Gov. Spencer Cox scored a second term while the GOP held all four of the state's U.S. House seats.
Zoom in: Salt Lake County Mayor Jenny Wilson, a Democrat, held a nearly 20 percentage point lead against her GOP opponent, according to unofficial results.
