It's not every day you get to exercise with a goat!
Goat Yoga Chicago lets you move your bodywith furry friends for a fun fitness trend.
The big picture: The 60-minute class is an interactive experience that yogis believe helps with anxiety, depression and stress.
How it works: The first half of class is a yoga flow, followed by photo ops and playtime with your new friends.
Staff sprinkle food for the goats during class, even on your back so don't be surprised if a four-legged yogi joins your poses.

🗯️ Moyo's thought bubble: I had a lot of fun! I've never been so close to goats and they are funny creatures! I felt relaxed, but watch your step. The goats did some sprinkling at the end of class.
