Seattle season of "Love is Blind" boasts the most marriages

Couples from the Seattle season of the Netflix reality show "Love Is Blind" have had more lasting marriages than contestants on any of the show's five other seasons, per Axios research.
The big picture: Before the six-time Emmy-nominated dating show returns this week, we wanted to look back at how the experiment — in which people court and get engaged before meeting face-to-face — has fared so far.
Zoom in: The Emerald City takes the crown for the most engagements and marriages, as well as the first "Love Is Blind baby," born to Bliss and Zack Goytowski.
By the numbers: Three couples who took part in the dating show's Seattle season — six out of the 30 total Seattle cast members — are still married.
- That's a better record than the couples in Chicago, where both married couples split after their first anniversary, or Dallas or Atlanta, where two couples from each season have stayed together.
- Charlotte and Houston's seasons each have one couple that is still married.
State of play: Besides the Goytowskis, the still-married couples from Seattle season are Brett Brown and Tiffany Pennywell Brown and Kwame Appiah and Chelsea Griffin Appiah.
