Urban Hill's latest chef collaboration features Pretty Bird's Viet Pham

The big picture: The event is part of Urban Hill's Chef Collaboration Series, which has previously featured Mar | Muntanya's Tyson Peterson, Oquirrh's Andrew Fuller and Post Office Place's Brendan Kawakami.

State of play: Despite their different approaches in the kitchen, Zocco and Pham have each earned multiple James Beard Award nominations and both won on "Beat Bobby Flay."

• Zocco secured a win with his take on chile relleno, while Pham defeated Flay with his Nashville-style hot chicken sandwich.
