New restaurants, shops coming to SLC Airport

From a hit Mexican restaurant to a Utah national parks gift shop, new dining and shopping options are coming to Salt Lake City International Airport.

Driving the news: 12 businesses plan to open in 2025 and 2026, as the new airport is completed in phases, airport officials announced Tuesday.
