Zoom in: Gov. Josh Shapiro, who was skipped over as Harris' running mate, will address the full convention at Chicago's United Center, Axios has learned.
- Lt. Gov. Austin Davis also is expected to speak at the event, per ABC27.
- Pennsylvania House Speaker Joanna McClinton, a Harris surrogate, is not confirmed for a speaking role, her campaign spokesperson Eric Wise tells Axios.
