Almost half of Seahawks fans would rather see their team hoist a Lombardi Trophy than find true love, according to a new survey from Wetten.
Driving the news: The online sports betting website surveyed 2,000 single NFL fans this month, and found that 45% of single Hawks fans would forgo "finding true love" for a Super Bowl win.
Yes, but: We're thirsty. It's been more than a decade since the Seahawks' first and only Super Bowl victory.
Zoom out: Nationwide, a slightly higher percentage — 48% — of single fans would choose a Super Bowl win over a soulmate.
More single women (51%), who comprise half of NFL fans, than single men (46%) are cool bartering away a future bae for a championship parade, the survey found.
The intrigue: Willingness to make sacrifices for a win seems tied to past success.
74% of Detroit Lions fans, whose team has never won a Super Bowl, would give up true love, compared to just 22% of Patriots fans who've seen their team take the top trophy six times.
