In the final days before Christmas, you can visit these fun holiday houses in and around Cottonwood Heights.
The big picture: We've photographed and mapped more than 200 free light displays that are up and running in Salt Lake for 2025.
Zoom in: Use your mobile device to open the map at the end of this story and zoom to Cottonwood Heights.
- The drive will likely take less than two hours; you can add and skip stops as your heart desires.

Stop 1: We're starting close to the Murray-Cottonwood Heights border at 6268 Lorreen Drive.
- Tune in to the synchronized music on your radio, and consider adding to the family's fundraiser for the Huntsman Cancer Institute.
Stop 2: Head east to southern Holladay for the adorable "Babes in Toyland" house at 2332 E. 6200 South.
- It's a busy road, so take care as you enjoy the animated toys and flying reindeer.
Stop 3: Continue east and south for the Grizwoldian triumph at 6663 Stone Mill Drive.

Stop 4: About 3 minutes' drive to the south is a nativity scene surrounded by trees coated in lights at 3055 Sundrift Circle.
Stop 5: A bit farther south is the lovely Tree of Life at Memorial Mountain View Cemetery.
Stop 6: Swing by the display at 7435 Bourne Circle.
Stop 7: Around the corner is 7396 Camelback Circle, an annual holiday hit with lots of decorations.
Stop 8: An unassuming house at 6964 S. 1700 East has a glittering lights display that charms me each year.

Stop 9: We finish close to where we started, at the candy cane-lined display at 6719 S. 1405 East.
