Bite of the week: The Pearl serves up buttery goodness

• The creamy butter sauce created a silky smooth texture for the soft fish. I paired the light dish with Fisher Brewing Company's crisp Cerveza.
• My friends seemed just as content with their lemongrass pork banh mis ($14) and Thai basil meatballs ($14).

The bottom line: The Pearl has gotten much busier since my previous trips, and I can see why. It's a vibrant Salt Lake City watering hole where the food is just as good as the libations.
