Tipsy Flamingo brings '80s nostalgia to Salt Lake City

Flanker Kitchen + Sporting Club revealed its new '80s-themed, pop-up bar in early March.

The intrigue: Tipsy Flamingo features cocktails — think Bramble and Cosmopolitan — and music from the iconic decade.

The vibe: The entrance to the speakeasy is a Pepsi vending machine.

What I dug: The Fuzzy Navel ($14) and Miami Vice ($14) stood out for their tropical flavors and creative presentation.
