Kitschy holiday pop-up bars, adorned with colorful Christmas lights, ornaments and wreaths, are trending in Salt Lake City.
Here are a few that recently launched in time for the holiday season:

Season's Drinking at ACME
ACME Bar Co., known for its tiki-style cocktails and fiery libations, has transformed into a temporary bar called Season's Drinking for December.
Details: The holiday menu includes the sweet "Mantis TaGroggin" ($18) made with rum, guava, citrus and cinnamon and the spicy "Thus Sayeth" ($17) mixed with mezcal, rum and mango and tamarind.
Tip: The bar hosts karaoke nights every Wednesday.

Gibson Lounge's Christmas Classic
The Gibson Lounge at The Grand America Hotel has introduced a new menu featuring holiday-themed cocktails.
Details: Highlights include "The Grinch" ($16), a refreshing, tequila-infused drink with cucumber, jalapeño and lime, and "Santa's Night Cap" ($16), a fragrant concoction prepared with gin, pomegranate juice and lemon.

Holiday spirits at Flanker
The sports tavern brought back its annual holiday pop-up, serving boozy beverages in Christmas-themed vessels.
- The Kahlúa-packed "Milk & Cookies" cocktail ($15) came in a glass milk carton with chocolate chip cookies. The flavors mirrored a boozy iced coffee.
- The "Santa Colada" ($15) featured rum, blue curacao and pineapple and coconut flavors.
Of note: Reservations are highly recommended.
