We wanted to know: If he had one last meal, what would it be?

• First, he'd crack open a can of Olipop — either the root beer or cream soda flavor.

🥒 Appetizer: Manuel told Axios he's "a big fan" of cucumber salad with ginger dressing and chili crunch for some extra zing.

🌮 Entree: Next up, as the main course, tacos de papa (crispy potatoes on corn tortillas) alongside "a spicy cilantro dipping sauce and some kind of habanero salsa."

🍿 Dessert: Not one to have a sweet tooth, Manuel would finish off his meal with stovetop popcorn, something he eats "about five days a week as a snack."
