Remember when Oregon Department of Transportation said it would start sending out graffiti cleanup crews in early spring? Well, some of Portland's highway corridors are just now starting to see a change of scenery.
🧼 Yes, but: Take for example this section of I-5 that we showed you back in March.
There's a lot less spray paint now, but new scribbles have popped up since its most recent coat of ODOT gray.
And chances are more will come — even though there's a specialized team dedicated to tracking down the most prolific street artists.
