The Police Department and Fire Department are tied for second-lowest at a range between 51-60%.
The breakdown: The Law Department had the highest vaccination rate, between 91-100%.
81-90%: Mayor Jim Kenney's office, Free Library of Philadelphia, Innovation and Technology and Public Health
71-80%: Licenses and Inspections, Managing Director's Office and Department of Revenue
61-70%: Department of Human Services, Parks and Recreation, Commerce, Fleet Management, Prisons and Water
Of note: The city considers these as minimums because the data is from vaccine administrations that took place in Philadelphia.
Philadelphia also lumped the Office of the Mayor, Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, Planning of Development, Finance, Mayor's Office of Education and the Office of Labor into the same category.
