Inside Gabby's Burgers and Fries, there's a wall that customers of all ages have covered with their dreams for the future.
Zoom in: The messages, written on a rainbow of sticky notes stapled to a bulletin board, range from funny to surprisingly vulnerable. Several people wrote about wanting to spend more time with loved ones. Others said they wanted to buy a house, seek fame or get a good-paying job.

Why it matters: That wall of dreams was the perfect backdrop for a recent Axios Nashville team lunch, where we celebrated our third anniversary of sending this newsletter.

The big picture: It can be hard for a team of two reporters to capture the full sweep of Music City, and we're grateful to everyone who has helped us for three years and counting.
