🎸 Lincoln Park Mayfest

• Live bands, local artists selling wares and plenty of food and beer make up what's often seen as the kickoff of summer festival season.
• Starts 4pm Friday and runs through 9pm on Sunday on Armitage Avenue from Racine to Sheffield Avenues.

🛍️ Thrifting at The Economy Shop

• This Oak Park shop is only open three days a month, and this Saturday is one of them!
• Arrive early as shoppers line up before the doors opens at 9am. The store closes at 3pm.
• The Economy Shop, 103 S. Grove Ave. in Oak Park.

🧀 The Golden Girls: The Cheese Pyramid (A Lost Episodes Parody)

• A parody of the classic sitcom involves Rose (played by Oak Park's own Betty White on the TV show), St. Olaf (of course) and cheese! Chaos ensues!

Mental Health Symposium for Gun Violence Survivors

• Interactive sessions will highlight how Black communities are healing through practices like healing circles, gardening and music. Breakfast and lunch will be served.
• 9am-3pm Wednesday at Bridgeport Art Center.
