This weekend, I'll be focusing on more than just my physical health during my workout.
The big picture: Train Moment, where I've been a member since March, is hosting their annual Climb 4 Hope event to raise awareness and money for Suicide Prevention Month.
They've partnered with Hope for the Day, a nonprofit dedicated to de-stigmatizing mental health conversations and reminding the public,"It's okay not to be ok."

Zoom in: The public can watch three teams made up of the gym's coaches climb a VersaClimber machine for 60 minutes. The winner goes the farthest.
Each team is still accepting donations and can sign up for a workout class at the gym, too.
If you go: Noon Saturday in River North.
An after party follows from 2-6pm at Brehon Pub.
🗯️ My thought bubble: I value prioritizing my physical health, but realize it's just as important to create space for conversations around mental health.
Zoom out: You can also contribute to the cause of suicide prevention at the Out of the Darkness Walk 9am-1pm Saturday at Montrose Harbor.
