Today's cluster: Wentworth Avenue egg tarts, called dan taht in Cantonese or pastel de nata in Portuguese.
- These delicate tea snacks of egg custard nestled in a pastry crust arrived in Hong Kong and Macau with the Portuguese.

Experience: Silky and slightly sweet with a hint of vanilla and a flaky crust.

Experience: Croissant-like crust and a thick, sweet, almost caramelly filling.
