Chicago's music fest weekend: Gospel to house

It's a jam-packed weekend filled with music festivals and a trip to the farm.

🎵 Harper Court Summer Music Series

• Kick back after work and vibe to live music at the South Side outdoor concert.
• Thursday, 6-9pm in Hyde Park.
• Free.

🤠 Windy City Smokeout

• Grab your wristband and step outside for barbecue and live country performances.
• Today and Friday, 2-10pm, Saturday and Sunday, 1-10pm at the United Center Lot C.
• Tickets start at $25.

🇬🇷 Edgewater Greek Fest

• Sample Greek bites from food to pastries. There will also be live music and a chance to shop their marketplace.
• Saturday, 2-10pm and Sunday, noon-10pm.
• $5 suggested donation, kids 12 and under are free.

🎛️ Chosen Few Picnic & Festival

• Get ready to dance to more than 12 hours of underground, house and hip-hop beats as this legendary music fest makes its return to the city.
• Saturday, 7am-10pm at Jackson Park.
• Tickets start at $89.

🎶 Square Roots Festival

• Experience music, local art and bites at this neighborhood street fair.

• Friday, 5-10 pm, Saturday, noon-10 pm, and Sunday noon-9 pm between Montrose and Wilson in Lincoln Square.
• Suggested donation is $10 for adults, $5 for seniors and kids.

🙏 Chicago Gospel Music Festival

• Feel the fellowship outdoors and leave uplifted with music by Grammy Award-winner Chandler Moore, Bishop Ron Wood and more.
• Saturday, noon-9pm at Millennium Park.
• Free.

🐑 Family Farm Fest

• Take a stroll through the farm with your little ones, explore the historic agriculture and enjoy the petting zoo.
• Sunday, 1-4pm at the Elmhurst History Museum.
• Free.
