A plushie version of Jimothy, Seattle's short-spined raccoon that went viral this summer, is now selling at Costco for $10.99.
Why it matters: Jimothy's jump from quirky internet sensation to Costco dog toy may signal his fame has reached its pinnacle.
Zoom in: I was shopping at the Costco in South Seattle on Sunday when I saw a pile of Jimothy dog toys sandwiched between boxes of dishwasher detergent and air purifiers.
- Think Dog by Delca, the company behind the toy, said on Instagram that the Jimothy plushies are available only at Costco stores around the Pacific Northwest for now.
What's next: The company says online sales are coming "in just a few weeks."
