Why it matters: Seattle's favorite short-spined raccoon has officially made it to the big leagues: Google has given the viral critter his own Easter egg.
How it works: Search "Jimothy raccoon" or "Jimothy the raccoon" or even just "Jimothy" and click the paw at the bottom of the page. An animated version of our favorite trash panda will scamper across your screen.
By the numbers: As of Thursday afternoon, the animation had been triggered more than 5 million times.
The bottom line: Not bad for a backyard bandit.
