Beer, pets and art — it's a Seattle trifecta. So why not mix all three at once?
Driving the news: A series of events this month invites Seattleites to head to local bars and breweries to paint watercolor portraits of their pets.
Zoom in: Sip n Paint Seattle's events include a two-hour guided art lesson to help you capture the essence of your dog, cat, snake, or other treasured pet — even if you are a novice painter.
How it works: You bring a portrait of your pet. The event provides the paints and instruction.
Tickets are $37, with some of the fee going toward a local dog rescue.
Stop by: Pet-painting events are being held this month at 11 locations in the Seattle area, from Lake City to Burien.
