The Kraken erupted in the third period to beat the San Jose Sharks 4–2 on Saturday night, turning a one-goal deficit into a decisive road win.
Why it matters: The victory broke a four-game losing streak, even as the Seattle team remains near the bottom of the standings about halfway through the season.
State of play: Seattle has now won six games this season with a rally in the third period, tied for the most in the NHL with Vegas, the league reported.
What's next: The Kraken continue their road trip, facing the Anaheim Ducks tonight and the Los Angeles Kings on Tuesday.
