Ezi Magbegor scored a season-high 19 points for the Storm, but Seattle couldn't hold off a late surge by the Washington Mystics, falling 74-69 at Climate Pledge Arena.
State of play: Despite strong performances from Magbegor, Nneka Ogwumike, Skylar Diggins and newly signed Tiffany Mitchell — who finished with 12 points just days after joining the team — Seattle now sits 4th in the Western Conference.
What's next: Ogwumike will take the court as a starter in the WNBA All-Star Game on Saturday.
