Seattleites among top Coachella travelers, Airbnb says

Seattle music fans make up a big portion of those traveling to Coachella, according to data from Airbnb.

Zoom in: Seattle is the No. 5 U.S. city people are traveling from when they book accommodations near the Southern California music festival, the online booking platform says.

The top four U.S. cities of origin for Coachella attendees are Los Angeles, San Diego, New York City and San Francisco, per Airbnb.

What's next: The second weekend of the festival begins today and can be streamed on YouTube and the Coachella Livestream App.

In-person festival passes are still available, and general admission starts at $599.
