Over Under is part of a wider wave of openings across the city.

🌮 Adair Kitchen and Los Tios

The Houston-based concepts are filling familiar spaces on Broadway with new energy.

• Adair Kitchen will open in the former Jim's in the coming weeks, serving all-day comfort food with a health-conscious tilt.
• Los Tios, a longtime Tex-Mex staple known for classic plates and margaritas, is taking over the former La Madeleine. It's slated for a late summer debut.

🏨 Esencia

The St. Anthony Hotel's main restaurant, led by acclaimed chef Leo Davila, will spotlight classic dishes with Spanish, Asian and Mexican influences.

• It's expected to open early this year.

🦋 Oak & Amber and Aleteo

Both concepts are part of The Monarch, the luxury hotel opening near Hemisfair in March.

• Oak & Amber will serve as the anchor restaurant, featuring Texas-inspired plates.
• Aleteo, the rooftop spot, will offer Yucatán-influenced cuisine.

🥘 Katerina

The New American restaurant is set to take over the former Frida's space in Stone Oak.

• It's scheduled to open this month.

🇲🇽 Casa Hernán redo

While not entirely new, the Southtown favorite is getting a refresh under longtime chef Johnny Hernandez.

• The reopening is planned for mid-February.

⭐️ Castlehill

The UT San Antonio-area restaurant is led by Michelin-starred chef Graham Campbell, whose resume also includes Netflix and Food Network competition appearances.

• Details are sparse, but the restaurant is expected to open soon.

🍳 Sunny's Brunch

The popular Boerne spot is planning a location near The Rim. An opening date has not been announced.
