Sweetgreen opens first Utah location in Sugar House

💭 My thought bubble: I'm not the type of person who thinks a meal needs a "crunchy, leafy green," but I knew I had to go after my California friends sang its praises.

What I tried: I enjoyed the maple-glazed salmon plate over a bed of rice, napa cabbage, sweet potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts.

• I swapped the garlic aioli for the green goddess ranch.
• It was tasty, and I appreciated that it had around 31 grams of protein, keeping me full for the rest of the evening.

The bottom line: Sweetgreen is a great option if you need a healthy meal in a pinch.
