Taco Tuesday: Sal Y Limón serves standout street tacos

Dig in: I recently visited the Midvale restaurant and couldn't get enough of the mesquite asada, carnitas and chicken street tacos.

• A well-stocked salsa bar features traditional choices and outside-the-box options like habanero-beet salsa.
• The menu also features burritos, desserts and a rotating "taco of the month."

Best bites: The nixtamalized corn tortillas, made from dried corn, were the star of the show.

The bottom line: With the street tacos reasonably priced at under $4, I see myself coming back again and again.
