DNC eyes Utah's 2nd District as future battleground

Catch up quick: The DNC announced last year that it was pouring more than $1 million into Utah over the next four years to lay the groundwork to some day flip the state blue.

Zoom in: Rep. Blake Moore and outgoing state Rep. Karianne Lisonbee are two high-profile GOP contenders for the 2nd District seat this year.
