Salt Lake City restaurants roll out Valentine's Day specials

Valentine's Day, one of the busiest dining nights of the year, is quickly approaching, allowing Salt Lake City to flex prix-fixe menus and sweetheart specials.
Threat level: Feb. 14 falls on a Saturday this year, meaning restaurants are expected to fill reservations much earlier.
😭 My thought bubble: I tried to be proactive this year by reserving a table more than two weeks in advance, only to find my top choice was already booked.

Here's what your favorites are offering:
Arlo: The contemporary restaurant known for its seasonal flavors is offering a four-course meal. Guests have the option to sit inside or outdoors in a heated glasshouse. Reservations
Bambara: Hotel Monaco's elevated restaurant will serve a four-course tasting menu for $95 per person, with choices including hamachi crudo or seared duck breast. Reservations
Finca: The 15th & 15th staple serving Spanish cuisine is providing a specialized tasting menu for $95 per person, featuring croquetas, paella and churros. Add wine for $35. Reservations
Hearth and Hill: The Sugar House restaurant has four courses, with dishes like warm burrata salad, herb-roasted chicken and pan-seared hanger steak to choose from for $79 per person. Reservations
Ivy & Varley: The downtown restaurant is featuring multiple courses for $68 per person. Vegan and vegetarian options are available. Reservations
Pago: The eatery's five-course tasting menu includes plates like stroganoff pierogi, hamachi crudo and miso-glazed sablefish for $120 per person. Add wine pairings for $55. Reservations
Rouser: The Asher Adams restaurant will feature five courses for $125. Enjoy beverage pairings for $55. Reservations
Table X: Come hungry! The celebrated modern American restaurant will serve its Valentine's Day menu Feb. 11-14, with a seven-course meal for $135 a person. Reservations
Urban Hill: The fine-dining restaurant is serving four courses showcasing global flavors, with entrée options like wagyu steak and five-spice Asian sea bass for $105 per person. Add wine pairings for $60. Reservations
