Nate Bargatze adds fourth night at Delta Center due to "overwhelming demand"

Comedian Nate Bargatze is adding a fourth show at the Delta Center after "overwhelming demand," the venue announced Wednesday.

Ticket sales for the new Dec. 4 performance start 10am Friday.

Why it matters: Utahns have embraced the deadpan comic for his clean brand of comedy.

Driving the news: Bargatze has already sold out two Salt Lake City shows on his "Big Dumb Eyes" tour, with limited tickets available for the third.

The big picture: Just south in Utah County — home to Brigham Young University — a "squeaky clean comedy scene" has taken off, per Salt Lake Magazine.

Zoom out: Bargatze's 2024 comedy tour was the highest-grossing that year, selling more than 1 million tickets across 148 shows, outpacing popular comedians Matt Rife and Gabriel Iglesias, according to Billboard.
