SLC this weekend: Grid City, Grillfest and more

There's music and dancing all over Salt Lake County this weekend.

🎸 Grid City Music Fest takes over South Salt Lake for three days starting Friday, with more than 80 bands and a "fun bus" around the city's Creative Industries Zones. Free admission

🤺 Grillfest: Midvale's Main Street quirky block party unites barbecue, medieval combat, pro wrestling and live music alongside local vendors and food trucks Friday and Saturday.

Tickets start at $27.59 for Friday night only

🥁 Celebrating the People Powwow: Singers, dancers, drummers and artists gather Saturday at the Mountain America Expo Center.

Tickets: $2; free for ages 6 and younger or 65 and older

🎙️ KRCL's Day in the Park: Live music, vendors and yoga fill the International Peace Gardens in a free festival from noon-6pm Saturday.

🚲 Bike Prom: The Bicycle Collective's annual fundraiser starts at 6pm Saturday in Liberty Park and rolls to Woodbine Food Hall for the party.

Tickets: $33.85 for adults and $12.51 for kids — but you can watch the fancy-pants riders for free
