This weekend in SLC: Muralfest, Billboard Bash and more

• Take your bike or walk to the murals to meet the artists and listen to live music.
• Look for food trucks, live music and interactive art at Bowers Way and Main, where you also can take the free "fun bus" to the murals. Another "Celebration Station" is at the S-Line near 300 East.

💧GSL Billboard Bash: Check out a new Great Salt Lake-themed art installation at the Poplar Grove billboard lot at 870 S. 900 West, with live entertainment and kids' activities.

🎸 All Along the Wasatch: Three bands are playing in Millcreek's first-ever Grateful Dead tribute festival, with food trucks and other vendors at Canyon Rim Park.

• When: 1:30pm-9pm Saturday
• Cost: Free

🍻 The Great Beer Mashup: Head to Woodbine Food Hall to sample beers, ciders and other bevvies brewed exclusively for the festival by more than a dozen local businesses.

• When: 2pm-6pm Saturday
• Tickets: $15 to $60, depending on the number of samples

🚲 SLUG Cat bike race: This treasure hunt on wheels rolls through downtown with clues to decipher and prizes to win. The race ends with a party.

• When and where: Registration is at 4pm, and the race starts at 5pm at 230 S. 500 West.
• Tickets: $15
