New jazz and cocktail bar to open in downtown Salt Lake City

The bar owners behind Prohibition, a speakeasy in Murray, are opening a new live jazz and cocktail bar in downtown Salt Lake City in April.

State of play: Repeal, a 1920s-themed bar, will move into Bourbon House's old spot, which closed nearly two years ago as the downtown area recovered from the pandemic.

The bar will feature craft cocktails, special dining events and live music every night.
The establishment will be located in the Walker Center's basement (19 E. 200 South).
The grand opening is set for April 29. Reservations can be booked through their website starting April 21.
