With Easter coming late this year, the festivities are already getting started.
- Here's the schedule of candy hunts and Bunny-ops around the Salt Lake Valley.
April 11-13
Easter Bunny photos: The Bunny is visiting Valley Fair Mall for free photo-ops with candy and coloring books this weekend and next.
- When: 2-6pm Fridays, noon-6pm Saturdays and Sundays.
Bunny Bop: Herriman's Mountain View Village is hosting vendors, games, crafts, music and the Bunny in a free festival 5-7pm Friday.
Skye Park: Head to South Jordan for egg hunts and donuts at 10am Saturday, courtesy the Snarr Team mortgage lenders.
Bunny pics: Get free photos with the Bunny and plastic eggs 10am Saturday at Valley View Funeral Home.
Jordan Landing Bunny Bash: Enjoy swag bags, games, music and more with the Bunny at a free party 11am-5pm Saturday.
Trolley Square: An "Alice in Wonderland"-themed egg hunt runs noon-3pm Saturday.
- Tickets: $5
Chemo to Crown: The annual charity Easter egg hunt starts Saturday at noon in West Valley City's Centennial Park.
- Cost: Donations accepted for Ronald McDonald House Utah
April 16-20
Legacy Village: Get intergenerational at the Taylorsville memory care facility's annual egg hunt, 3:45pm Wednesday.
Wheeler Farm's egg hunts are sold out, but slots remain for the dog bone hunts Thursday.
- Admission: $20
The Lodge at Riverton: Enjoy treats, a bounce house and Bunny photos free at 2pm Friday.
Easter market and craft fair: Meet the Bunny, complete a scavenger hunt and peruse the wares of local vendors 4-9pm Friday at the Gateway.
Gardner Village: Ricochet Canyon is hosting Egg hunts, train rides and games at the petting zoo 2-4pm Friday and Saturday.
- Admission: $10
West Valley City has a packed calendar Friday and Saturday at Centennial Park and the Family Fitness Center.
- There are adult and teen flashlight egg hunts, family outdoor egg hunt, Edutainment Easter egg hunts, an Easter egg plunge and a Breakfast with the Bunny.
- Some events charge $5-$10 admission, with registration deadlines from April 11-17. No registration required for the outdoor egg hunt or the teen flashlight hunt, which are free.
South Salt Lake: The Easter egg hunt and Tiny Tots Fair starts 9am Saturday at the Central Park Community Center.
Draper City: Visits with the Bunny, face painting and egg hunts start 9am Saturday at a celebration in Galena Park.

West Jordan City: The annual free egg hunt starts 9am Saturday at the Utah Youth Soccer. Complex.

🤿 Chompers Splash 'n' Dash: Bring your swimsuit for egg hunts in Kearns' Oquirrh Rec Center pool starting at 9:45am Saturday.
- Tickets: $4
👯 Memory Grove: Search the grove for eggs at 10am Saturday followed by a costume parade and contest.
Cottonwood Heights: The free egg hunt begins 10am Saturday at Butler Park.
🎉 Riverton Bunny Hop: A free party with activity stations, candy and visits with the Bunny. 10am-11am Saturday at Riverton City Park.
🏞️ Easter Trail Hop: Gather eggs along the Oquirrh Lake Loop at Daybreak's Easter display, with a petting zoo, bubble zone and more.
- Tickets: $5 for non-residents of Daybreak. Register online.
🐠 Living Planet Aquarium: Eggstravaganza begins 10am Saturdaywith egg dashes, Bunny appearances and other activities all day.

Memorial Mortuaries and Cemeteries: Free candy hunts begin at 10am Saturday at five locations:
- Lake Hills, Sandy
- Memorial Mountain, Cottonwood Heights
- Memorial Redwood, West Jordan
- Memorial Holladay
- Memorial Lake View, Bountiful
Snowbird's free egg hunt starts 8:15am on Easter Sunday at the Plaza Deck for kids up to age 11.
