If the opening notes of "Defying Gravity" make you want to belt along, you're in luck.

Driving the news: Sing-along screenings of "Wicked" are starting Christmas Day in multiple theaters in and around Salt Lake.

Why it matters: Some moviegoers want to sing along with the hit soundtrack, while others would rather hear Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande than the local theater kids.

How it works: There are several showings each day from Dec. 25 to Jan. 9, listed on the film's official website.

Type your city in the search bar, select "Sing-along tickets" and click through the dates to see the showtimes and theaters.
