It's National Bao Day — a celebration of the sweet and savory Asian steamed bun.

Why it matters: We have a brand new source of bao in town.

Driving the news: Drunken Kitchen opened its permanent location this summer at 2435 S. State St. and is serving up Taiwanese and Chinese street food favorites.

My thought bubble: I adored my pork buns.
