Retro boat rentals are now available in Richmond, no license required

• And, best of all (or maybe worst), drivers don't need a boating license or even experience to take one out, just a valid photo ID with proof of being 21 or older.
• Driving one is like driving a golf cart, according to a news release, and they top out around 4.5 mph.
• The four-seaters are $150 on weekdays, $200 Friday-Sunday.

So invite your friends (each boat holds four people), and pack a cooler (it's BYO food and drink, but no booze for the captain).
