Bill Belichick is just weeks from debuting as UNC Chapel Hill's head football coach.
Why it matters: He's under a five-year, $10 million-a-year deal, and his home pick could reveal how long he plans to stay.
Driving the news: Single-game and season tickets for games in Chapel Hill have already sold out, so it's safe to say people are highly anticipating the start of the season.
What we're watching: It's unclear if Belichick has purchased a home in the area, but this past spring, he moved into the historic DuBose House on campus with girlfriend Jordon Hudson.
The intrigue: Hudson reportedly has an $8 million property portfolio, according to Realtor.com, which dubbed her a budding real estate mogul.
