Raleigh restaurateurs adding a rooftop eatery in downtown Durham

What to expect: The Lenny is expected to open this summer. It'll include a menu of shareable small plates.

• The Lenny will be at the top of the 555 Mangum building in downtown Durham near Durham Bulls Athletic Park, the real estate company JLL said in a release.

What they're saying: "555 Mangum is the ideal space for us to debut The Lenny and provide guests with the dining experience they have come to know and love from our restaurants, but this time, with breathtaking rooftop views," Joel Ibarra said in the release.

• "With incredible access to Downtown Durham, we know this concept will also greatly benefit from the daytime foot traffic generated by 555 Mangum's office tenants."

Zoom out: 555 Mangum also announced Monday that Tanium, a cybersecurity firm; solar energy developer Heelstone Renewable Energy and Beghou Consulting, a consulting firm focused on life sciences companies, has signed new leases in the building.
