ModHaus opens cafe and bar on Division

ModHaus, the popular Richmond neighborhood food cart pod, just opened an adjacent cafe and bar — serving everything from coffee and pastries to cocktails and beers on tap.
Zoom in: Located on the corner of Southeast Division at 38th Street, the 10-cart pod opened earlier this year.
- It's home to eateries like fried chicken purveyors JoJo, Thai street food favorite Chick & Pig, dessert shop Le Fragole and more.
- Now, the long-vacant 1927 building next door — once covered in graffiti and closed off by a chain-link fence — has been transformed into a spacious hangout with cushioned booths, warm wood finishes and decor that would make any mid-century lover swoon.
Plus: It was designed by the theme-obsessive team behind The Heist.
