You might spot some creative fixes to Portland's persistent pothole problem after an artful do-gooder came to town.
The anonymous Buffalo Pothole Bandit — who hails from New York but travels the country making road hazards into art — filled more than two dozen potholes around town with mosaics of whimsy over the last couple of weeks.
The bandit has provided a full list of where to find these small masterpieces, and noted that if people chip in for supplies, more pothole fixes could be in the works.
