Portland's coffee scene embraces oat milk

Coffee drinkers in Oregon prefer oat milk to traditionally dairy more than just about every other state, per data from Square.

By the numbers: Nearly half (45.9%) of coffee orders opted for oat milk in the second quarter of this year.
