Rose City earns back its name each spring when buds start to blossom.
Zoom in: I recently checked out the burgeoning blooms at Peninsula Park with Joby and was thrilled to also find a mother duck with her five ducklings posted up in the fountain.
She might still be there — wafting in the sweet fragrance from nearby bushes and preening her babies — if you hustle.
