Matsunoki Ramen is expanding outside its original Pine Street Market location downtown and will open a second spot on N Mississippi Avenue this week.
The latest: Since 2023, Matsunoki has been known to offer an extensive selection of ramens (there's a vegan counterpart for each bowl) with tonkotsu broth and handmade thin noodles, as well as crispy fried chicken and rice bowls.
The new location will feature the same favorites, but will add outdoor seating and a craft cocktail program.
If you go: Matsunoki will be open daily from 11am to 9pm starting Thursday at 906 N Fremont Street.
To celebrate the new location, staff will be giving away free bowls of ramen to the first 50 guests on opening day.
