Portland is the 22nd healthiest place to live in America, according to a new ranking from college search platform Niche, which looked at 230 cities, suburbs and neighborhoods.
Between the lines: Niche combined Centers for Disease Control and Prevention data on physical activity, obesity and access to doctors, along with its own user data, to get their list.
Zoom in: Stumptown received high marks for nightlife as well as health and fitness.
Portland was also, unsurprisingly, ranked third in the country for outdoor activities.
