Oregon's most popular pie, at least as measured by Instacart, is pumpkin, joining much of the West in a preference for sweetened gourd piled in flaky crust.

Driving the news: It's March 14, better known as 3/14, even better known as Pi Day, named for everyone's favorite mathematical constant, which begins with 3.14 and continues on forever with no repeating pattern.

💭 My thought bubble: While I love pi and pie equally, I think this poll is way off.
