No homegrown Oregonian has ever won the Heisman Trophy, and that won't change even if Oregon Ducks' quarterback Dillon Gabriel wins the award this weekend.

Yes, but: Terry Baker took home the trophy in 1962 while playing for Oregon State, but he hails from Minnesota.
- Ducks quarterback Marcus Mariota secured the Heisman in 2014, but alas, he's originally from Hawaii — same as Gabriel.
