Autumn is getting warmer in Portland and across the continental U.S., according to a new Climate Central analysis.
Why it matters: Warmer autumns mean more demand for cooling, longer wildfire seasons and big changes for farmers and gardeners.
Zoom in: Portland's fall temperatures rose by an average of 2.5°F between 1970 and 2023, the report found.
