It's another perfect June weekend, with comedy, poetry and rodeo, so let's do it all.

Thursday
😆 Kickstand Comedy's late-night improv show includes surprise guests. 8:30pm, Kickstand Comedy Club. $15.
🕺 Franco Nieto's dance duet "Upstairs Neighbor" mixes fantasy and paranoia, while Noelle Kayser's "The Linemen Wright" explores a lucid dream at the boundaries of storytelling. 7:30pm Thursday-Saturday, Open Space. $20-$45.
📙 Step right up to the Bigfoot Poetry Festival! Relax, these aren't poems about Bigfoot, they're more about our Bigfoot-y region (moss, trees, natural deodorant) run by Literary Arts. Hours and venues vary, through Saturday.
Friday
🍮 Sample Chinese sweets at Bu-Tai-Tian Dessert Nights through Saturday. 7-9pm, Lan Su Chinese Garden. $27.
🎭 It's BIPOC affinity night at "Clyde's," the Lynn Nottage play about formerly incarcerated kitchen workers seeking the perfect sandwich. 7:30pm, Portland Center Stage, through June 30. $25 and up.
🎸 The Decemberists are not just throwing an album release party for "As It Ever Was, So It Will Be Again," but one with puppies from the Oregon Humane Society. 8pm, Revolution Hall. $72 and up.
🪶 Bucket list item: Parliament-Funkadelic featuring George Clinton will help you understand the roots of American music and eccentricity. 8pm, Crystal Ballroom. $55-$65.
Saturday
🌈 Get a jump on July's pride events with a fun run, walk or roll for 4.25 or 2.5 miles on the waterfront, hosted by Portland Frontrunners an LGBTQ+ running club. 9am, Eastbank Esplanade. $5-$45.
🌟 Black to Drag Dance: Juneteenth Celebration. Dance and celebrate Black drag queens with A'Keria C. Davenport. 8pm, The Get Down. $25.
🥾 Hike, paddle or learn a new activity as REI Co-op offers over 300 free classes and day tours such as flat tire repair, beginner's camping and a waterfalls and wine hiking tour. Various times and locations. Free.
Sunday
🚲 Sunday Parkways comes to Cully in NE Portland, when the roads are reserved for people to roll. Beware, the NE Cully 6.2-mile loop has hills. 11am to 4pm. Free.
🏇 8 Seconds Juneteenth Rodeo celebrates Black cowboys, cowgirls, and western culture. 7pm, Veterans Memorial Coliseum $60 and up.
